As the sister restaurant and neighbor to the Michelin-starred Omakase, Okane offers fish sourced directly from Tokyo’s world-renowned Tsukiji Fish Market. The sushi menu here is overseen by Chef Rico Li, and showcases a mix of classic nigiri selections and contemporary rolls, such as the Shinjuku — snow crab and avocado, topped with A5 Wagyu beef.
